Luke makes dinner!

This was a pretty quiet week, so we just have a few funny/cute stories about the kids:
•Luke made dinner on Monday! Marinda told Luke he was in charge of dinner one night a week, and he decided that he wanted to make egg sandwiches.

"So - the first thing you have to do is cook the eggs in the pan" 

"Jacy - we need to put the eggs on the bread to make sandwiches"

What a proud boy!

•Jacy is 3 now, so she is starting to help more around the house! This week she started helping with putting away the silverware!

"Am I a big helper, daddy?"

•On Friday we had beautiful weather so we decided to go out to the park as a family. The kids decided to wear their new Easter hats. Look at how happy they are!

•Sometimes Marinda likes getting creative with Jacy's hair (probably to one-up Amit :P ). Jacy always looks great with her fancy hair-dos, but the funniest part is when we take the hair-ties out. This week she was doing her best crazy Azula impression!

You know, Luke and Jacy probably have the same difference as Zuko and Azula...

•Marinda taught Luke and Jacy about the Bomb Bob game, which is something from the Marathon video games. The Bobs were robots made to look like normal citizens, but they would say "I love you man!" before blowing you up. So now Luke and Jacy will do this thing where they'll say "I love you man!", give you a hug, and pretend to blow you up. This whole thing came up because the Bomb bobs are a lot like creepers in Minecraft.
•Marinda saw her midwife this week, and everything's going great! Baby's good, Marinda's good, despite feeling very big lately and baby beating her up non-stop.
•Jacy keeps smashing Marinda by accident, so Marinda asks her if she wants a little brother or a pancake, and Jacy replies "a pancake!"
