That's a Bugatti!

On Saturday we had a birthday party for our friend the Sanders for their little one year old girl.  It was a fun time with some good pulled pork, and Luke went crazy with the other little kids running around.  It was at these community gardens, and they were running around seeing everything like it was Disneyland.  It also made us happy because Luke had explained to us this week how he didn't want any friends - because when you have friends you need to share with them and he wanted all the toys, therefore if he didn't have any friends then he wouldn't have to share!  You can't fight logic!  So anyways, it was good to see that in practice he is still open to having fun with other kids.  :)

Luke Stories:
- Luke can now to his 48 piece puzzle by himself.  Consistently.  When did he get so smart?!?!
- Luke got a book from the library this week that was all about "fast cars" - which means that it is a kids book about super fancy cars with stats on the sides.  It is basically if the guys from Top Gear wrote a kids book.  Marinda and Amit think it is soooo boreing, but Luke loves it.  Where it gets funny though, is that while we were waiting for Amit at the mall Luke wanted to go see the racing game someone was playing in the Microsoft store.  At one point the guy was flipping through the different cars to pick one, and when he got to the Bugatti page Luke shouted "THAT'S A BUGATTI!"

Jacy Stories:
- Jacy loves her Daddy.  Marinda had been told stories about how kids don't like their Dads because they're at work all day and they don't know who they are, but when Amit comes home and Jacy hears his voice she starts freaking out.  She flaps her arms and squeals and will try and do little sit ups to find him and when she sees him her face explodes in the biggest smile!  For the first half an hour that he is home she will cry if he isn't holding her.  Marinda is kind of jealous.
- Jacy can roll over from her tummy to her back!  What a wiggly girl!

- Luke has a new nickname for Jacy, that says all of the love he feels for her in one word.  He calls her "Bab-o!"
