This is a very exciting week for Luke fine motor skills! He can now wipe his own nose! Before you judge, it is the little things that make each week special. :)
This week also involved a lot of TV, and not just because Marinda was sick again all week. The Olympics started up again, and our family is all about cheering on Team USA! Luke is actually some what interested, especially when Marinda hands him his little American Flag to wave around.
But these are all side little notes. What was really fun this week was the toddler Valentine's Day Party Marinda and Luke got to go to! A friend of theirs in Family Housing went all out, with treats and activities and a ridiculous amount of fun! There was even a "photo booth" where Marinda and Ashley attempted to get a cute couple's picture of Luke and Laila - but it turned into Luke trying to shove the little Valentine's Marinda had made for him to give out into her face while she was crying. So even though 90% of Luke's friends are girls, we aren't worried. Apparently his wooing skills having developed yet. Except for one girl - she's kind of crazy about him. Luke even has a cute pet name for her - he calls her "Mommy." :)

| Yeah, if the girl cries that's a good thing right? |

| Oh look! A girl that wants to hang out with me! |
For Amit and Marinda's V-Day, we got a babysitter and went to see the new Thor Movie - and they really liked it! There's nothing like fishing out $3 for a movie and getting your money's worth! But honestly, it was nice just to go out and do something just the two of them. Yay for babysitting coops!

Random silly picture of Luke from this week. Yes, he IS the cutest boy in the world! |
To finish off this week the Misra's got to attend the paparazzi event of the season! Laila, the same girl from the V-Day party, had her first birthday, and we got to be invited to her birthday smash down! There was a ridiculous amount of yummy food, an adorable zebra cake, and even pin the tail on the Zebra! Though at some point, Luke got pined himself! Happy Birthday Laila!

| Na, the tail should go THERE! |
