Christmas Tree

This week we got our Christmas tree!  It must really be the holidays now.  The tree is all decorated, the Christmas wreath is up, and gifts are being bought.

Amit finished his term paper for his astrobiology class on Friday.  Last term paper ever!  Wooo!  To celebrate the Misra Fam went to their favorite indian restaurant, Shalimar.  They went all out, and even got a real head turner for their main dish.  You know the one dish every restaurant has that when it comes out everyone looks at the food and at the people who ordered it?  They got that.  It was a sizzling tandoori plate with all sorts of meat and veggies.  And it was good.  (Amit accidently typed 'And it was god' the first time around and Marinda laughed hysterically at it.)

Amit sang in the choir today for the Christmas program.  The choir did really good, and some people claim they could hear Amit over the other dozen men in the choir.

Marinda learned to make pretty cards at her girly social event.  No one really knows what goes on there but apparently there was lots of glitter, laughter, and talking about babies.
